1. It is permitted to use perfume and other cosmetic items on Pesach (even those that might have chametz), because they are not even suitable for a dog to eat. 


2. One should not use a microwave on Pesach. However, it may be used if the food being microwaved is wrapped well in plastic or closed in a carton. Some say that if a boiled cleaning detergent was microwaved in water and the walls of the microwave absorbed the soap or whatever, than this is enough to make the microwave Kasher LePesach. Rav Ovayda Yosef prefers the first way (wrapped in plastic/carton) and the one who is strict shall be blessed.


**Please do not forget to add in Tefilla (prayer) Morid HaTal instead of Mashiv Haruach, Barchenu instead of Barech Alenu, and to add Ya'aleh VeYavo throughout the Chag.
