KOL HASHONEH HALACHOT BECHOL YOM MUVTACH LO SHEH'HOO BEN HA'OLAM HABA

Translated from Yalkut Yosef:

1. Mayim Ahronim Hova, the washing of the first two parts of the fingers after one finishes their meal (with bread) is mandatory. Even in our time when the special Salt of Sodom is nonexistent there is still an obligation to wash one’s hands with Mayim Ahronim, especially an individual with dirty hands. One should be stringent with this and avoid the lenient possibilities of not doing mayim ahronim.

2. Women are also obligated to do mayim ahronim even though there are those who write to be lenient in regards to women. Women of all ages should become assutomed to washing with mayim ahronim. It is also good and suggested to educate one’s children who have reached the age of hinuch (6-7) to wash mayim ahronim.
