When Adar Arrives We increase our Joy!
(Ta'anit 29)
Happiness means to revive your Neshama (soul). Increasing our joy/happiness in Adar is not running after our bodily desires or continuing to be under the hand of the Evil inclination. Happiness means being free from the need to continue to sin. Happiness being close to Hashem and working on yourself in regards to progressing your service of Hashem and working on your character traits.
Judaism=Think.
