Translated from Yalkut Yosef Online (Yalkut.Info):
1. Throughout everyday of Hannukah during the Tefillah of Shaharit (morning prayer),
whether an individual is part of a minyan or alone, they bless on The Hallel Prayer. The Beracha (prayer)
before beginning the Hallel is “Asher
Kideshanu BeMitzvotav VeTzivanu Ligmor Et Ha’Hallel” and the Beracha upon finishing
it, is the Beracha of Yehalelucha.
Immediately after ending the Yehalelucha Beracha one says Amen (like in the
Beracha of Boneh Yerushalayim in Birkat HaMazon).
2. An individual who is praying alone and began the Hallel
Prayer without saying a Beracha during Hannukah and is in the middle of the
Songs of the Hallel can still say the Beracha (usually said in the beginning) when
they remember even though he/she is in the middle. When one says the blessing to finish the Hallel, it does not mean
to actually finish the entire prayer, rather the meaning is just to read it
through. If one said the Hallel “by skipping” like we do on Rosh Hodesh, they
must return to the beginning of the Hallel and repeat the songs without repeating the beracha.
