CLD #608

For the Ilui Neshama of Avraham ben Ester ZT’L.
The Brit (covenant) with Hashem is connected with three parts of the body. The Birt Milah (male organ), the Mouth and the Eyes. This Brit is the Control Tower of one’s Paranash (finances).

There is a Pasuk that goes like this: “Atzom Enav Mera’ot Berah.” The Sofei Tevot (end letters) of these four words make up the word: Mamon, which means money. This Pasuk hints to Am Yisrael that the money that comes into our pocket is purely based on our eyes.

The word Parnasah, the Hebrew word for finances, is made up of the letters: Pei-Resh-Nun-Samech-Hei. If one mixes up theses letters you result in: Rasen Peh, which means to cover the mouth. This teaches us that the mouth is another foundation for MONEY! Meaning one should avoid saying Lashon Harah, cursing, speaking negatively and anything to do with evil.

The most difficult and most serious pillar of Parnasah is based solely on one’s control of his temptations to go through the Pegam of Zerah Levatala (wasting seed). There is not enough space on the World Wide Web to explain how connected the Brit Milah is with everything in our lives, especially Parnasah. Even though there is so much to say, one must understand that the first thing that occurs during this sin is fluid from the brain is taken out of the body through that organ. This shows that one’s knowledge is immediately reduced once they do this sin.

Also one’s entire spiritual realm gets destroyed the moment they begin falling into these temptations. However, on the other hand one, one does need to understand that the Torah is the most normal gift Hashem gave us because we do need to bring children into the world in the most Kosher way and that is with a single woman. This way, one works on themselves to reach self control before marriage and then after marriage reaches the height of happiness because he learned how he CAN succeed.

Shabbat Shalom!
