KOL HASHONEH HALACHOT BECHOL YOM MUVTACH LO SHEHOO BEN HAOLAM HABA

L’yilui Nishamt Avraham ben Ester, Shahin Shmuel ben Hadassa & Israel Ben Rivka.
From Yalkut Yosef:

1. One should act with speed and cleansiness to become accustomed to using the restroom during the morning and the night, meaning before the Tefillah of Shacharit (morning prayer) and the Tefillot of Mincha and Arvit (night prayers that are usually said together). If one is not biologically able to use the restroom he/she should walk Arba Amot (comes out to six feet), squat, and stand up straight over and over until he/she feels the need to use the restroom or divert one’s own thoughts to something else. Also if one is lying in bed at night and needs to use the restroom, he/she should not be lazy and ignore it due to the cold or for any other reason, rather one should use the restroom whenever they need to.

2. One should not sit on the toilet in a rush and in an aggressive manner to force the body to work in regards to using the bathroom. One should not excrete standing and leave the bathroom unless they know they are done with the toilet.
