KOL HASHONEH HALACHOT BECHOL YOM MUVTACH LO SHEH'HOO BEN HA'OLAM HABA

L’yilui Nishamt Avraham ben Ester, Israel ben Rivka & Shahin Shmuel ben Hadassa.
From Ve’En Lamo Michshol:

1. One is allowed to sell products which kill rats, mice, insects, mosquitoes, knats, bugs, and the like, and the seller does not break a Halacha of bringing obstacles in front of others even though he causes others to hurt and/or kill animals because the suffering of a human is far more important than that of an animal.

2. A grocery store owner should be cautious not to sell vegetables that hold bugs/insects to people who will most likely avoid from cleaning the vegetable especially for bugs, because the seller causes the buyer to eat bugs/insects, which is worse than eating pig.
