L'yilui Nishmat Avraham ben Ester & Israel ben Rivka.
From Yalkut Yosef:
1. One is allowed to eat soup or any sauces with bread, because there is a concept to be Tzanu'a when eating, instead of a spoon. And the ones who are detailed in their actions each dip eat only a small amount of bread with the soup/sauce.
2. When one is breaking off bread from the HaMotzi Challah, one should be cautious to hand out the bread in a respectful manner, and not in a way that shows Bizayon (carelessness). Therefore, one should place the bread on the table when handing it out.
