KOL HASHONEH HALACHOT KOL YOM MUVTACH LO SHE'HOO BEN HAOLAM HABA

L'yilui Nishmat Saba Avraham Ben Yosef & Ester:
From Ve'En Lamo Michshol
1. Its correct and suggested to prevent oneself from drinking water while standing, because this can be considered not Derech Eretz, and also from health reasons. However, if one does have trouble finding a seat and wants to drink while standing, he has something to lean on [meaning there is a Rav who rules thios way].

2. It is not Derech Eretz to share drinks, cups of water, etc. Maybe the friend accepting your drink is embarrassed to reject and he/she is really disgusted [germy] by the idea. And some say it shouldn't be done because of health dangers. However, there is no problem if someone puts down their cup and a friend picks it up and willingly drinks from it. Also if a friend asks, one is allowed to share, because by the friend asking it shows that he/she is not bothered by this.
