KOL HASHONEH HALACHOT KOL YOM MUVTACH LO SHE'HOO BEN HAOLAM HABA

1. Cooked rice on Pesach that has a single grain of wheat with its outer layer opened from the heat makes the entire dish assur, or not allowed to be eaten on Pesach. Even if the rice and wheat were separated before the boiling of the food and the rice was checked for grain particles stuck onto the grains of rice, the people eating need to be strict and not eat the food.

2. Mei Perot or 'Fruit water,' like wine or oil, can all be boiled without the fear of the food becoming Chametz like with wheat because these liquids do not become Chametz from high temperature cooking.
