Our largest decisions need to be decided in a clam and clear environment. This morning I was faced with a very large decision and under pressure jumped to try to (what looked like) fixing the problem. However, after a conversation with one of my Rabbis from Israel, I realized its absolutely not the right decision and all things need to be taken into consideration when making a large decision. Today Hashem showed me not to jump to do things. Even if things in life are right around the corner, we always need to make time to think and breathe and pray to Hashem to help us in whatever we need help with.
Whenever we rush to do things, they usually fall apart and the project results in failure.
For example, if someone is coordinating an event of some sort, the person does not run around three day before the day of the event and look for whatever he needs. A person always needs to do Cheshbon Nefesh and realize that speaking to Hashem is the only way things will work out.
B'H we will have the zchut to not only want to speak to Hashem about large decisions, but for every tiny thing that goes on in our lives have Hashem in mind and consult with Hashem what to do.
Smile, because through simcha we reach the Kdusha.
Hashem gives us problems in order for us to turn to Him. We need to stick it in our minds that Hashem is with us all the time and wants us to speak to Him, just like a father wants to help him son.
