1. The walled cities from the time of Yeshoshuah Bin Nun, even if they are presently not walled, they read the Megillah on Tet Vav (15th of) Adar [March 20 sunset - March 21st sunset] including all the villages nearby [960 Meters away from the closest house in the walled city]. Even if it doesn't look like they are nearby because a mountain range separates them or one is on top of a hill and another city is in a different region of the country, they still read on Tet Vav Adar. All cities which were not walled in the time of Yehoshuah Bin Nun read the Megillah on Yud Dalet Adar [March 19 sunset - March 20th sunset], except of the city of Shushan (which was not walled therefore present-day Shushan citizens read on Tet Vav) because the miracle ended on Tet Vav for them.
2. All cities that have a doubt whether they were walled in the time of Yehoshuah Bin Nun read the Megillah with its Brachot on Yud Dalet (14 Adar/March 19-20) and on Tetv Vav (15 Adar/March 20-21) read it again but without saying the Brachot of Megillah (ex. Tverya/Tiberias, Chevron/Hebron, etc.).
