1. One is not allowed to hang pictures of Tzadikkim/Rabbanim on the walls of a Bet Knesset because it distracts people during times of prayer. But if people want to hang up the pictures not at human eye's view, then it is allowed because it doesn't bother people during minyan.
2. One is not allowed to enter a Bet Knesset with a turned on Cell Phone and whoeer is not cautious regarding this "Choteh U'Machti" (sins and causes others to sin) because this causes people to be distracted from prayer.
