Who am I but just some random guy no better then you my dear friend.... I most probably share many things in common with you and we are probably sharing the same struggles and going through the same things....

 But there is probably one thing in particular that you and I and every Yid have in common and that is

EACH AND EVERYONE OF US have an inner most desire to connect to our creator Hashem Yisborach. There are those that feel this feeling a lot of the time and there are those that feel this feeling some of the time and those that feel this feeling very little are hardly at all BUT EACH AND EVERY JEW has this desire because each and everyone of us has Chelek Elokut in us a piece of Hashem himself and that is our Neshama(we will discuss in greater detail what is a neshama in future bloggings). And B"h we will learn together and work on ourselves together how to connect with our neshama and feel it more and more....

                   A Relationship Is As Strong as It’s Weakest Link

 The topic I want to adress at the moment is.... A relationship is as strong as it’s weakest link. Which means this...... I want you all to look back and try to feel what is was like when there was a guy/girl you really liked and you got the courage and you finally asked them to go out with you, and you got the answer everyone hates at that moment I JUST WANT TO BE FRIENDS....... So what will end up happening is all you two would most probably be is friends...... The relationship is only as strong as its weakest link. If you want to marry someone and all they want to be at the moment is boyfriend and girlfriend you will never get married. Why ? because the relationship is only as strong as its weakest link.
 Now that we understand that point let us understand our relationship with Hashem.
Hashem came to Bnei Yisroel and asked us do we want his Torah..... Do you understand what that means?! Hakadosh Baruch Hu (in the next posting talk about in greater detail kivyachol who is hashem, and try to understand a little about him) the perfect, most infinite being came down to US and asked us to be in a relationship with him(Kivyachol Hashem asked us out). Aswell as Hashem being the most infinite being we see that Hashem is the stronger link in the relationship, and us the weaker link.
 We see from here that our own personal relationship with Hashem is dependent on us. And like any relationship the more you invest into the relationship the more you get out of it.
Just like we walk around thinking of different ways and constantly trying to make our wife/husband/boyfriend/girlfriend/friends happy, we have to do the same with Hashem and once we start thinking like this bh we will begin to be able to start maximizing our relationship with our creator.......
B’h the next post we will discuss Who is Hashem and why are we scared to have a relationship with him...........
