1. When one sips tea/coffee/hot chocolate he does not need to say a Bracha Achrona.
2. In order to say a Bracha Achrona (whether its Bore Nefashot, Al HaMichya, or Birkat HaMazon), one should eat a kazayit of the food in under 7 minutes.
