CLD #140

"We are in another country, do whatever you want, it is a free world."
This is the attitude used around the world when someone leaves their home and travels to another location. This is not a Jew's attitude. A real Jew feels and does G-d's will in any place around the world. It is not where a Jew is placed, it is what a Jew does in his place of stay. When a Jew travels, he/she usually calculates their activities around a minyan, kosher food, ability to do what Hashem wants us to do. This is the 'nisayon' of our generation. We need to take our sense and logic and throw it to the side and just in mesiroot nefesh do what Hashem says IS RIGHT, and not what we think is right. These decisions make us different from the Goyim around the world.
B'H may we do all the mitzvot and limud torah "bekol levaveinu."
Smile, Cuz G-d loves all bnei yisrael, He loves you!
SHAVUA TOV!
