KOL HASHONEH HALACHOT BECHOL YOM MUVTACH LO SHEH'HOO BEN HA'OLAM HABA

Translated from Yalkut Yosef:

1. If an individual is currently in the time frame of Ben HaShemashot (within 18 minutes after Sunset) and he knows for sure he did not count the Omer for the previous day, he needs to immediately count the day of the Omer without saying the Beracha for Sefirat Ha’Omer and then once Tzet HaKochavim arrives (Nightfall) he should count the Omer for the next day with a Beracha.

2. An individual who mistakenly counts the number of weeks that have passed during the Omer and correctly stated the number of days, according to Halacha he can still count the Omer every night with a Beracha.
