Translated from Yalkut Yosef:
1. Whoever forgot money or checks in their pocket and wants
to wear that piece of clothing, jackot, coat, pants, etc. on Shabbat must shake
out the money/checks from the pocket before wearing the piece of clothing. Even
though there are situations in which an individual may walk with money in their
pocket on Shabbat, it is accustomed for people to place their hands in their
pocket so this is still forbidden and it is correct to simply shake out the
money/checks from their pocket [because one is not allowed to place their hands
in pockets with cash/checks on Shabbat].
2. Even though an individual is allowed to wear a watch that
runs on battery on Shabbat Kodesh, in any case it is clear that during the
nighttime the individual is not allowed to turn on the button that lights up
the watch to make it clearer to see what time the watch reads. This type of
action is ‘lighting fire’ that is completely forbidden from the Torah on
Shabbat.
Shabbat Shalom!
