From Yalkut Yosef:
1. It is a minhag (custom) of the pious Torah Scholars and people who work to fast on the Seventh of Adar (tomorrow/Sunday) which is the day that marks the passing of Moshe Rabbenu. There are those who have the custom to learn throughout the night of the Seventh of Adar, and this is a beautiful custom.
2. There are those (Sages) who say that if there are ten
individuals who are fasting on the Seventh of Adar, they take out a Sefer Torah
from the Aron (ark) and during Minha read the passage that is read on regular
fast days, VaYakhel. Also they say that the Shaliakh Tzibbur (Hazzan)
says the additional beracha that is added (blessing) Anenu. There are
those who say not to do this at all. Therefore, it is best to act as Shev Ve’Al
Ta’aseh Adif (meaning to simply be passive and not do anything) and the
Shaliakh Tzibbur should not say the additional Anenu blessing during the Hazara.
