For the Ilui
Neshama of Avraham ben Ester ZT’L, Yissachar ben Yona ZT’L and Haviva bat
Yocheved Z’L.
1. One should be cautious to stay modest when dressing and undressing, and avoid saying/thinking “I am alone in my room therefore who will watch my immodest acts” because Hashem fills up the entire world with His kavod (respect). Every part of one’s body that is covered should be kept covered to respect Hashem. One should always be dressing quickly to stay modest, even a child that has reached the age of understanding that there is a spiritual power called Hashem.

2. Even in a place where one must undress completely, he/she
should make sure to do so in a modest way, such as showering. One should try as
much as possible to be covered when the time allows him/her to be so by
undressing and dressing near the shower.
