1. One should create a habit for themselves to run to a Mitzvah related task/objective. The characteristic of passion and speed to a Mitzvah does not include one who is lazy in bed from sleeping late and waking up in a rush to come into Shul late for Shacharit, even though this person might seem like a Mitzvah man. Forever man should be quick for Tefillah (prayer times) and Torah (learning times/Shiurim). One should not be dragged and controlled by the pleasures of this world and sleep because money and our assets are only temporary whereas the Torah is eternal.

2. One should wake up in the morning early enough so when they get to Shul they are clean, respectable for the Tzibbur (congregation) and relaxed in order to make it in time for Zman Tefillah (there is a specific time when we need to pray in the morning).
