For the Ilui Neshama of Avraham ben Ester ZT’L. Lehavdeel
For the Refua Shlema of Chai Yaakov ben Margalit shlit’a.
Translated from Yalkut Yosef Kitzur Shulchan Aruch:
1. Whoever forgot to count the appropriate day of the Omer Thursday
night and the following day prayed Arvit of Shabbat before Sunset (still
Friday) and remembered before Sunset that he did not count the Omer yet, he may
count the Omer without a Beracha and then continue counting the Omer and say
the Beracha for the following day after Nightfall on Shabbat. And the following
nights he can continue counting the Omer with a Beracha.
2. The one who writes on a letter the day of the Omer, such
as “Today is the 20th day of the Omer,” and has forgotten to count
the Omer using speech last night and throughout the day, this person can
continue counting the Omer with a
Beracha.
