KOL HASHONEH HALACHOT BECHOL YOM MUVTACH LO SHEHOO BEN HAOLAM HABA

L’yilui Nishamt Avraham ben Ester.
From Ve’En Lamo Michshol:

1. A person who stole/robs money from others and does not do Teshuva by returning the stolen money does not leave this world without others stealing from him. We learn this from a pasuk in Mishlei: just like the robber took money from others without going through Mishpat (a justified system/court), so too others will take from him without Mishpat.

2. There are those who are convinced that each person cannot live in this world by being too honest without any tricks or sort of illegal ‘deals.’ Therefore people allow themselves to do all types of tricks to take more money from naïve consumers. These people should know that this is against the Torah, because Hashem is the only one who provides for people and worries that each person should have what he/she needs. Therefore, it is obvious that Hashem takes care of those that do business in the honest way and punishes those that do not.
