From Yalkut Yosef:
1. In the Tefillah of Selichot when the Tzibbur reaches the recital of the Shema Yisrael Pasuk (verse), they should not repeat the Pasuk twice, rather the Shaliach Tzibbur (Chazan) says it and then the Tzibbur says it after him, which means each person says it only once.
2. The minhag (custom) is to say Kaddish Titkabal after Selichot, even if the Tzibbur is going to begin Tefilat Shacharit immediately after Selichot. If there was only 10 people for Selichot and one walked out, the people do not say Kaddish Titkabal after Selichot.
