KOL HASHONEH HALACHOT KOL YOM MUVTACH LO SHE'HOO BEN HAOLAM HABA

L’yilui Nishamt Avraham ben Ester, Shahin Shmuel ben Hadassa & Israel Ben Rivka.
From Ve’En Lamo Michshol:

1. A person who stands to pray Tefillat Amida (Shmoneh Esreh), he/she should stand in front of Hashem in fear and respect, like standing in front of a King. Whoever began to pray Tefillat Amida by heart, and in the middle forgot the Tefillah suddenly, he/she may stop and go to a library to grab a Siddur and continue the Amida. The same goes for one who forgot a certain Halacha (law) in regards to Amida, like saying Ya’aleh VeYavo.

2. There are those who begin to get very excited from Amida and start raising their hands in a fist motion to Shamayim (the sky) and act as if they want to punch something. Also there are those who make faces during the Amida, and it is right to warn these people not to do this, and that they need to stand in fear and respect in front of Hashem.
