L’yilui Nishamt Avraham ben Ester , Israel ben Rivka & Shahin Shmuel ben Hadassa.
From Ve’En Lamo Michshol:
1. One is prohibited to give Tzdaka to a person who does sins with the intention of angering, like one who eats non-Kosher meat in a place where it is possible to eat Kosher meat. However one who does sins regularly that are stated in the Torah not to anger G-d or anyone, like one who does not keep Shabbat Kodesh (Hashem Yerachem), there is no obligation to give him/her Tzdaka, but there is no prohibition like the prohibition of giving Tzdaka to one who does sins to anger (Ovrei Avera).
2. One cannot sell clothing with Sha’atnez (linen with wool) for women or men because this person causes others to sin when they wear this type of clothes, which is a sin of Mipnei Iver Lo titen Michshol. However, if there is clothing that might be Sha’atnez, the seller should put up a sign saying so, and then he/she is allowed to sell these types of clothes. And the one who is stringent to make sure free-Sha’atnez clothing is sold in his/her store should be praised, and Zchut HaRabim is dependent upon him/her (preventing others from sinning).
