1. One who came out of the bathroom and hasn’t done Netillat Yadayim yet can quickly wipe his hands using his/her own clothes to answer Kaddish or Kdusha.
2. After one has done Netillat Yadayim after using the bathroom, one can use that water for his/her own benefit (like watering plants or washing the floor), unlike the water used for Netillat Yadayim of Shacharit (after one wakes up).
