From Yalkut Yosef:
1. Birkot HaShacher (the Brachot said after doing Netillat Yadayim in the morning) can be said either sitting down or standing up.
2. When the Chazan is saying Kaddish and he gets up to the part where the Kahal (congreg.) answers “Amen, Yeheh Shmeh Raba Mevorach…” the Chazan repeats this line without saying Amen. The following applies also for someone who is in Evel for his close relative for the 12 month period after death.
