KOL HASHONEH HALACHOT KOL YOM MUVTACH LO SHE'HOO BEN HAOLAM HABA

L’yilui Nishamt Avraham ben Ester & Israel Ben Rivka.
From Yalkut Yosef:

1. One should be cautious to be modest when putting on and taking off clothing, and one should NOT say because he/she is in a private room no one will see, because Hashem fills up the world with His entire kavod (respect). And when one is clothed, he/she should act in Tzniyut (modesty) that he/she should not be revealed, because of Kavod Hashem (respect for Hashem). One should be quick to get dressed in the morning and a katan 'bar havanah' (at the age of understanding) should be taught to dress in modesty.

2. Even in a place where it is uncommon to cover up, like a Mikveh, a Bath-house or a spring, one should try to be as least revealed as possible. One should be cautious to strip and dress as close as possible to the shower/mikveh/etc.
