Do you believe money is a source of
evil?

For the Refua Shlema of Moshe ben Mazal.

I would like to share with you a poem I wrote about Tumah (Impurity) in my Shana Aleph (first year) at Yeshivat Netiv Aryeh at the Kotel:

Impurity is like an IV that does not cure,

Sneaking up on a worthless entity, that

Seems so right.

A level of spirituality is used by the

Evil Inclination to hallucinate you

Into a risen mess.

This poem is the outlook onto what impurity seems from an outside view. One who realizes what the core and basis of Tumah and overall Non-Kdusha is, he/she realizes it is simply something that becomes addictive that distances you from Hashem.

Examples: women, the internet, shopping, mixed dancing, clubbing, drinking, smoking, being an evil person with negative midot (characteristics), etc. THESE ARE THINGS THAT WE ALL HAVE FAILED AT! But we need to realize tomorrow is never promised to us, and in reality the phrase “there’s always tomorrow” is NEVER 100% guaranteed! However, NOW is!

There are many days where we try to live the day to the fullest and realize we have done ALMOST NOTHING to show thanks to Hashem for giving us health, happiness, clothing, food, comfort, a working brain, money, etc.

Do you believe
  the internet is the headquarters of
the Evil Inclination's power?

So to the one who involves him/herself with things that do not strengthen one’s Emunah (faith). At the end of the day pops into their head an idea to do something that is Mitzvah related. Usually, the one who is enslaved by the Yetzer Hara (evil inclination) does not follow up on that idea and ignores it. BUT THAT IS NOT THE GOAL! It could very well be that a 30 minute session of ANYTHING Torah related (that leads to doing full Tshuva) can purify the actions one did all day.

Also there is a HUGE way to look at life where one should be able to turn everything he/she is doing into  a Torah related action. For example one should have the intention to play sports in order to have a healthier body to do more Mitzvot in the future BH!

Judaism=Think. Once one thinks a little he/she can’t run away from Hashem, because HE is the one controlling the world.
