L'yilui Nishmat Avraham ben Ester & Israel ben Rivka.
From Ve'En Lamo Michshol:
1. When the Chacham gives a drasha it is not Derech Eretz to sleep in front of him. Therefore, when one sees another sleep in the middle of a drasha, one should calmly and respectfully wake him up and explain to him that it isn't Derech Eretz to act this way. Also when one knows that he will sleep during the shiur/drasha, he should sit in a place that isn't directly across from the Rav.
2. When one learns the Torah HaKdosha, he should sit with respect and not lay down, because there is not Derech Eretz to learn Torah while laying down. However, when one feels weak and wants to learn Torah while laying in bed, he is allowed to do so. When he feels strong, he should overcome the weakness like a lion, sit and learn in Derech Eretz.
From Yalkut Yosef Mo'adim:
3. One is allowed to light up a cigarette on Yom Tov, even though they are lighting it by inhaling the cigarette which is lit by fire. During this process, the cigarette itself is not being lit by fire, rather by the inhalation, but it is still allowed. However, one may not allowed FOR SURE to light up a cigareete from a lighter, electric or not.
4. One should be strict not to take a piece of paper that has written words on it to use to pass fire from one flame to a wick. However, there are some who argue that this does not mean that one is erasing any letters (which is the reason why Rav Ovadya says one should be strict), therefore permitting this action.
