1. All should be strict on Lel Chag (night of Shavuot) to do Kiddush, just like we are strict to do Kiddush for Lel Shabat, because most commentators explain that the Kiddush for Chag is commanded from the Torah just like Kiddush for Shabat is from Torah.


2. Also the simple minhag in all of Israel is to do Kiddush during Yom Shavuot (the day of) after Shacharit, just like we do Kiddush after Shabat Shacharit.
