1. One is not allowed to hang up and/or decorate their homes with idols and/or sculptures is shapes of dolls and/or angels, because there are produced for the specific means of Avodah Zara (Idol Worship). Also one is not allowed to place these items in thier cars.


2. One is NOT allowed ot celebrate "Sylvester" (New Years), which is a holiday that unfortunately is celebrated with great enthusiasm. One might think that on this day Simcha should be greatened, however the truth is quite the opposite. This day marks the death of this Rasha (Sylester), who's goal was to bring pain and suffering upon Am Yisrael! Many from Am Yisrael have been murdered due to the results of his actions, therefore, one is not allowed to promote Simcha during this day.
