From HaBayit HaYehudi:
1. The main point of the Simcha during Lag BaOmer (=the 33rd day of the Omer) is to be in Simcha about the teachings and learnings of Rabi Shimon Bar Yochai ZT'A (Rashbi) and to speak about his stories, praise, and wonders from his time. One should also make the day a full day of Simcha by having a Mishteh.
2. If one forgot to count the Omer the night before he remembered, he is not allowed to continue counting with a Bracha. If one forgot at night and the next morning he remembers, then he should count that day of the Omer without a Bracha, and that night continue counting with a Bracha. If someone has a Safek (doubt) whether or not he counted the night before (for ex. tonight is sunday and on motzei shabat he doesn''t know if he counted), he should count now with a Bracha.
From Ve'En Lamo Michshol:
3. When taking off a hot "meat" pan/pot with food from the stove, and one wants to place it on the counter, he/she should be cautious not to place it on part of the counter that is dirty from dairy products. If one did place the hot pan/pot onto the dirty counter that has dairy products on it, the pan/pot is not allowed to be used and hot to be torched, however the food inside is still allowed to be eaten.
4. One who eats dairy has to follow certain guidelines before immeidtaley eating meat. Behore she/she eats meat, he/she must wash their hands, wash their mouths with water, and should eat bread or fruit and the like to clean the mouth of the cheese. Whoever has holes in their teeth and/or eats dairy chocolate or other foods that stick to one's teeth, should clean his/her mouth well with a toothpick and/or toothpaste and the like before eating meat.
