KOL HASHONEH HALACHOT BECHOL YOM MUVTACH LO SHEH'HOO BEN HA'OLAM HABA

From Ve'En Lamo Michshol:
1. One who needs to go to the restroom is not allowed to delay their visit and "hold it in," which its for liquid or solid excretions, because delaying this can harm the body [specifically for the male reproductive system, Chas Ve Chalilah]. Whoever is in public may not use a tree, an alleyway, a cement wall, etc. as a restroom because this is not Derech Eretz. Therefore one should delay himself a little because respecting "haRabim," the public, overrides this halacha.

2. One who enters Bet Knesset when Alenu LeShabeach is being said, can and should stand with the Tzibbur and say it with them, because its not Derech Eretz to simply sit when the entire tzibbur is standing and praising Hashem.
