B'H This week's Parasha is unreal, not only because a major component of theCLD Blog and Content is transfixed in it, rather for its Mussar and Chizuk that it gives Am Yisrael!
BeChukotai, the Parasha that B'H we will read on Shabat Kodesh, goes through the Reward (which is in fact "positive side effects" of a life of Torah, because the Rewards for a life of Torah is in fact eternal so it is not limited in any shape whatsoever as it is written in the Torah) of a Torah filled Life and the PUNISHMENT of a non-Torah Filled Life Hashem Yerachem.
Obviously because in American Society we are brainwashed to always look at the bad (just take a look at the News), we will focus on the Punishments of a non-Torah filled life! Also because the punishment is so much more fun!
The Punishment comes in a form of 7 sets in one: in 2 Psukim (VaYikra 26:16,17). It says that He will make sure to stop whatever He is doing to punish us! What will this include Hashem Yerachem: Skin disease, a fever type of disease, an eye disease that will look like it will be healed but it will not heal, all the produce will not grow {and if it will, it will be eaten by your enemies}, your enemies will be in control of you, you will be killed both on the inside and outside of the skin, and you will have NO strength in any way whatsoever!
WE NEED TO WAKE UP! WE ARE ALL NOT PERFECT (and I am talking to myself also) BUT STILL NEED TO REALIZE THAT HASHEM IS GIVING US WARNING BECAUSE HE OBVIOUSLY KNOWS THE BEST AND ONLY TYPE OF LIFE FOR US IS A LIFE OF THE TORAH HAKDOSHA!
How can you begin? By keeping Shabat! We need to understand this is not a joke. We are so desensitized to believe we are strong and mighty, but Hashem is in control and He can weaken us in a matter of seconds (Ex. tsunami, financial crisis, great depression, the black plague, etc.).
But what does Hashem first instill upon us? The Rewards of living a life of Torah: Whenever we acquire the Torah to become our life, we have endless reward. One of the Rewards is the fact that we will have so much produce, that for the time we have between each Harvest (which is from Nissan-Sukkot, 3 different Harvests=9 months), we will be busy the entire 3 month time in between the Harvesting period with the previous Harvest produce! Bugout. Yes, believe it or not, the Grapes will be overflowing the storage rooms that we will have to take out the Old Harvest produce to make room for the New One! Also, it will be above nature, meaning the old produce will become more and more fresh!
There are so many more Rewards listed, such as when an Enemy would want to attack Israel, all of a sudden the entire army would start killing eachother instead of the planned attack! Imagine all of the Jihadist World start killing eachother BH Bemhera BeYamenu!!!Check anonymous Reaction Below:
