1. A Jew who is Ashkenazi (who does not eat rice/kitniyot on Pesach) that is a guest at another Jew who is Spharadi (who does eat rice/kitniyot on Pesach) absolutely CANNOT be pushed to eat food that he/she is strict upon eating [and this is the Halacha for all minyanim throughout the year].
2. Same scenario as #1, However, the Jew with the minhag not to eat rice/kitniyot CAN eat food that was cooked in a dish that previously had kitniyot/rice in it.
