Shower Heads are so pointless. Or are they? As we know from previous CLDs (and obviously the Torah HaKdosha) we can get chizuk from EVERYTHING. When we go into the shower, we don't think. We rinse our bodies, soap them up, relax from the heat of the water, and just simply move on. But what can we learn from an experience as simple as taking a shower?
It's all about the shower head. We simply pull a lever and get water. How amazing would it be if we can pull a lever and just get some water, or some Torah, some Kdusha, some Purity? Well, we could. What we can do today to pull the lever of the Kdusha to open up all the happiness and good in the world is simply to get closer to Hashem. Because Hashem created the world, the only way we can get closer to Him to reach happiness, is by understanding and learning about the things He created. It is true to go wandering off into the jungle, or climbing a mountain might be a way to try to get close to belief in G-d, but the ultimate way is to learn about a present that we clearly know we received straight from Him, the Torah HaKdosha.
The Or HaChaim explains on the pasuk from this week's Parasha, Parashat Acharei Mot where we do the mitzvot and follow the Torah "because Hashem is our G-d" and thats it. Hashem took us out of Eretz Mitzrayim a minute before reaching the lowest level of impurity.
We have to learn from the shower head. It is so easy to get into a shower and turn on the water, but at the end of the day with the Torah HaKdosha it is different. In order to reach a level where we live the Torah, we have to want it.
B'H we will have the zchut to live the life of the Torah and really breathe the reality that Hashem is with us all the time :D.
