1. Since on Yom Purim we bring out a Sefer Torah and read parashat "VaYavo Amalek," the cities that have a doubt whether they were walled in the times of Yehoshuah Bin Nun {and read both on 14th and 15th Adar - See HERE} might think that they should also read "VaYavo Amalek" on the 15th of Adar but they don't. These cities do add Al HaNisim like on the 14th in Amida and Birkat HaMazon and they should be stringent upon themselves to send Mishloach Manotk, Matanot LaEvyonim, and having a second Seudat Purim :D.
2. A person from Yerushalayim [where Purim is celebrated on 15th of Adar] who goes to Tel Aviv on 14th Adar BEFORE Dawn (1.25 Hrs before Sunrise) has to celebrate Purim in Tel Aviv. If this same person had the intention of going back to Yerushalayim the same day (14th), he cannot say the Brachot for the Kiryat HaMegillah that night (which is the 15th of Adar). With this in mind, we see a person {living in Yerushalayim} who has fear of G-d should not go to Tel Aviv in the afternoon of 14th of Adar and leave Tel Aviv after Dawn of 15th Adar because then he does not have to celebrate Purim and is loosing the mitzvot of Purim! If one does this, he can only do the following: read the Megillah without Brachot, say Al HaNisim in Amida and Birkat HaMazon and do the Mitzvah of Mishloach Manot.
