1. There is a concept that makes us believe we can skip saying "Al HaNisim" to finish the Amida to answer the Kaddish or the Kdusha, but one is not allowed to skip it.
2. In the Tefillah we do not say Vidui (Tachanoon) on both days of Purim because it is a day of Simcha and Mishteh. We also do not say LamNatzeatch during the second Ashrei after Tachanoon and Tefillah LeDavid before Shir Shel Yom.
