1. After the Ba'al Koreh finishes the Kriyat HaMegillah, rolls up the Megillah fully, and then says the final Bracha, there are some that have the custom to recite the Bracha with the Ba'al Koreh in a whisper, and everyone should do based on his/her customs. If someone does the Mitzvah of Kriyat HaMegillah individually OR does it to fulfill the Mitzvah for women [as explained in previous Halachot], then he does not say the brachot after the Kriya, because the final brachot are only for a public venue. Whoever recites this bracha not in front of ten might be saying a Bracha Levatala, so we do not say Amen to this bracha if he mistakenly says it in the presence of less than 10. If there are 10 women, one of the ten is allowed to say the Brachot said after the Kriyat HaMegillah.
2. After the final Brachot after Kriyat HaMegilah, we say "Arur Haman Baruch Mordechai, Arurah Zeresh Brucha Ester, Arurim Kol HaReshaim Bruchim Kol HaTzadikkim VeGam Charvona Zachur LaTov." (Translation: Cursed is Haman, Blessed is Mordechai, Cursed is Zeresh, Blessed is Ester, Cursed are all the Reshaim, Blessed are all the Tzadikkim and Charvona is remembered as simply "good.") The custom is to repeat this 3 times.
