1. The names of Haman's children and the first word "Aseret" in the following pasuk should be said by the Ba'al Koreh in a single breathe to symbolize that they were all hung at the same moment. The best way is to start from the last 3 words in the previous pasuk ("Chamesh Meot Ish"), then continue with the actual names and finish with "Aseret" all in one breathe. If someone knows by adding the 3 words in the previous pasuk he cannot say everything in one breathe, he can start from the first son's name, since it is the minimum. If someone didn't say all the names in a single breathe then he still fulfilled the Mitzvah of Kriyat HaMegillah in the least best way possible. One should be cautious to say the word "VeEt" that appears between each of the 10 names for each name [ex. cannot say "and the cow and the" in a tune that shows both the "and the"s are for the cow but needs to say "and the cow, and the horse, and the tree, etc" in a tune separating the names].
2. There are people who are accustomed to bang their feet on the floor when Haman's name is heard/appears and the Ben Ish Chai says that he used to bang only on the first Haman and the last Haman of the Megillah. Those banging should od it in a mature manner not to confuse all the listeners and distract them. There are those who say "Shem Rasha'im Yerakev" (the name of the wicked should be erased) everytime Haman's name is read, but it is suggested and recommended not to say this because it might be considered as an Hefsek [stopping the silence], which cannot be done because one needs to be quiet the whole time the Ba'al Koreh is reading and he might not hear a word that is being read.
