1.     Whoever says Ashrei (Perek 145 in Tehillim) 3 times a day will go to Olam Haba (with of course keeping torah and mitzvot in general).

2.     Wearing Talit Katan (aka Tzitzit) is like doing all the mitzvoth in the entire Torah. Gematriya of Tzitzit is 600, 5 knots, and 8 half-strings =613 Mitzvot of Torah Kula.
