Translated from Yalkut Yosef:
1. When a Jew who desecrates the Shabbat with the knowledge
of the light turning on when the refrigerator opens purposefully opens the
refrigerator door on Shabbat, another Jew may benefit from this action by
taking things out of the refrigerator and using them. However, the individual
may not close the door again in order to avoid turning off the refrigerator
light, rather he should simply put a chair in front of the refrigerator door to
keep it open slightly so the cold will not be dispersed and the light will not
turn off.
2. Whoever desecrated the Shabbat by accident by putting a
timer on a microwave on Shabbat and did not think this is a desecration of the
Shabbat should be stringent and avoid benefitting in anyway from whatever was
being heated. [For example if on Shabbat via a Shabbat-timer someone heated up
an egg for the Shabbat meal, they should be stringent and not eat it since
there was a desecration of the Shabbat in play for this egg to be heated.]
