Translated from Yalkut Yosef:
1. An individual who cooks intentionally on Shabbat Kodesh
is forbidden to eat from this cooked food forever, however; other people are
allowed to eat from this cooked food immediately after Motzei Shabbat (when Shabbat ends). Even if an individual cooked
food intentionally for others on Shabbat Kodesh, the food is allowed to be
eaten for others (not the cook) after Motzei Shabbat. If a Jew who desecrates
the Shabbat on a weekly basis cooks for others every Shabbat, such as a Jewish
restaurant owner or hotel cook, then the food is forbidden to everyone forever.
2. Even though tea leaves are placed in boiling water on
Shabbat, they do not fall into the category of foods that are cooked easily and
people have what to rely on to drink hot tea with tea leaves on Shabbat. The
individual who is stringent and refrains from drinking tea leaves with water
will be praised. One needs to be cautious that the Nana leaves are cleaned from insects, worms, bugs, etc. and is even
allowed to filter the Nana leaves with fabric/cloth that filters [and there is
no suspicion of violating other Shabbat melachot such as borer or melaben]. One
can also take a thin fabric and place the leaves inside it and afterwards use
this ‘leaves bag inside the hot water as a filter for their tea on Shabbat
[because this way they refrain from consuming bugs just in case the tea leaves
were not cleaned properly].
Shabbat Shalom!
