Translated from Yalkut Yosef:
1. During the Shaharit (morning) Prayer, if one needs to
announce to the congregation about a public event or the like, they should
announce it before the ashrei prayer
(after tahanun) in order to have everyone say ashrei with the proper intention and not interrupting them. Even
more so when the congregation is saying U’Va
Letzion (after ashrei).
2. Even though the Halacha (Law) is stringent in regards to
saying kedusha with a minimum of ten
people, the kedusha in U’Va Letzion
can be said by an individual alone, even without reading it like one reads the
Torah. However, if one has to say it alone, they should read it with ta’amim (Torah reading signs) in order
to fulfill all the opinions of the poskim
(the big Rabbis who declare Halachot).
