From Yalkut Yosef:
1. On a kazayit (27 grams) of fruits, except for the seven types of fruits that Israel is famous for (the shivat haminim) and everything else that is grown from the ground the beracha ahrona (the blessing one says after eating) of boreh nefashot is said. If one drank a revi'it (87 grams) of a beverage in one shot then they say boreh nefashot (found in a siddur). If one eats the minmum amount to say a blessing after the food on multiple items (meaning 30 grams of fruits and then 100 grams of water and then another 40 grams of cheese) the individual only says boreh nefashot once.
2. In each one of these eating sessions the individual only says the beracha ahrona after eating the kazayit amount of food in a set time of achilat peras. If one did not eat the set amount to say a final beracha in the time to eat achilat peras, then they do not say a final beracha. The set amount of time is seven and a half minutes and one should be stringent to eat enough in four minutes (meaning in order to say a beracha ahrona one should eat 27 grams of fruit in four minutes, and to be lenient in seven and a half minutes).
Shavua Tov.
