From Yalkut Yosef:
1. On Erev Shabbat (Friday afternoon before Shabbat begins) it is correct to light the candles of Hannukah and then the Shabbat candles. If one finds themselves in a time frame where they barely have time to light the Hannukah candles, they can still light a single candle and fulfill their obligation for Hannukah and when the man is continuing to light the rest of the candles the woman may begin the blessing for the Shabbat candles at the same time. It is correct to place the candles of Hannukah in a place that the wind will not blow them out, like next to a door that opens to the street. We also hold not to say the Mishnayot from “Bameh Madlikim” on Shabbat Hannukah.
2. If by mistake the woman of the household lit Shabbat candles
before lighting the candles of Hannukah, she can still bediavad (least
best alternative) light the Hannukah candles because we hold like Maran Shulhan
Aruch who states that a woman does not accept the Shabbat upon lighting the
Shabbat candles. In any case the man can absolutely light the Hannukah candles
after his wife lit Shabbat candles, because even if the woman did accept
Shabbat upon herself the rest of the household did not.
Shabbat Shalom, Hannukah
