1. People who are accustomed to loan money without any witnesses or contracts will not have anything to lean on in the time that they need to receive the money. People need to be stringent upon lending and borrowing money with witnesses or with a contract.
2. One who signs a contract that makes him obligated to the
instructions within and later complains that he did not understand the content
of the contract and it was not read in front of him, has no legitimate excuse.
Once an individual signs a contract they are obligated to whatever is written
down.
