KOL HASHONEH HALACHOT BECHOL YOM MUVTACH LO SHEH'HOO BEN HA'OLAM HABA

L’yilui Nishmat Avraham ben Ester ZT’L.
From Yalkut Yosef:

1. Whoever holds hatred or can begin a fight with an individual in minyan and during Amida (Shmoneh Esreh) might lose focus because of it can hold like those who say to pray in yehidut (alone/not in the minyan). This only stands if the person can pray in yehidut while still holding full kavana (focus and intention) throughout the entire Tefillat amida (prayer). This can only be down on a temporary basis and should not begin a habit.

2. Whoever does not have tefillin on him during the time the tzibbur (congregation) is praying, if he is expecting someone to give him tefillin and can have full kavana throughout the entire tefillah should wait for the tefillin. This means even if he misses minyan he should say Kriyat Shema and the Amidah with tefillin than without. However if this person usually has a difficulty in praying with kavana, he should pray with the minyan even without tefillin and when he gets the pair he should wear them and say Kriyat Shema.
